It’s May, so just checking in… “How is everybody doing?”
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a good reminder to focus on the importance of mental health and its impact on our well-being. Mental health conditions can affect anyone, regardless of gender, age, race, ethnicity, or income level.
The good news is… mental health conditions are treatable. 😅
Seek help or tell someone if you are struggling. And it’s important to ask people in our lives how they are. Seek help or tell someone if you are struggling.
Simply by being there for someone when they need us, we instill hope in ourselves and those around us. 💚
