and How We Feel It TodayâŚ
Weâve been told the witch trials were a dark chapter in history â a time when women were hunted and silenced.
But the truth runs deeper.
The persecution of women didnât begin in Salem. It began centuries earlier, with the Roman Empire and the rise of the Church â when feminine wisdom, body knowledge, and earth-based healing were seen as threats to control.
Women were targeted for gathering in circles.
â¨For using plants as medicine.
â¨For following their intuition.
â¨For being connected to their bodies â to their wombs â to their power.
And while the flames of those pyres have long gone out, the witch wound still lives in us today.
It shows up as the fear of being seen.
đ Of speaking our truth.
đOf taking up space.
đOf trusting our intuition and standing in our power.
When we begin to work with the female body, this thread often stirs. The body remembers â not just our own stories, but those of the women who came before us.
And as these layers rise, they do so to be witnessed, honored, and healed.
Iâm here to support you in deepening into the woman your ancestors are waiting for â to reclaim the embodied wisdom that has always been yours.
We are not meant to walk this path alone.
We are meant to rise together â to remember that we are, and always have been, f*ing magic.**
