Tower Crane Operator Recovery Session 🏗️✨
Today’s session was all about supporting a body that shows up powerfully every single day.
My client—a tower crane operator—spends long hours elevated, grounded through her feet, navigating intense focus and stillness. Over time, that kind of demand can lead to foot pain, lower body edema, and lower back tension… and her body was definitely asking for some attention.
This session, I focused heavily on the frontal plane of the body—working to create balance through the hips, legs, and joints while encouraging proper fluid movement and structural support.
I incorporated the Hyako R1 Pro, a high-frequency vibration therapy tool, to go deeper into:
✨ Myofascial release
✨ Joint decompression
✨ Circulatory stimulation
With its powerful range (5,550–7,000+ RPM), it allowed me to precisely target:
• Feet and arches (her foundation)
• Lower legs + areas of fluid retention
• Hip and pelvic stabilizers
• Lower back support structures
This wasn’t just about relieving soreness—it was about restoring flow, reducing stagnation, and giving her body space to reset.
There’s something really special about working on individuals who operate heavy machinery at that level… the responsibility they carry, the stillness they maintain, the strength they embody daily.
Aloha in action today—moving stagnant energy, restoring mana, and reminding the body it’s supported from the ground up 🌿
If your job keeps you on your feet or locked into repetitive patterns, your body deserves this kind of intentional care too.
