We just got our first dose of the COVID vaccine and are feeling great! So excited to do our part to protect the community and hopefully end this pandemic.

Dr. Shauna Raboteau presents an easy lymphatic massage that you can do on yourself or a loved one suffering from nasal congestion during cold and flu season. We asked, and it also is helpful with runny / stuffy nose from allergies. Check it out!! Dr. Erin Hunt is modeling as her patient.

We are hosting a food drive through December 21st that benefits Hawaii Food Bank.
