Many of us are going through an awakening journey right now. Whether it’s the first, second, or another wave, it’s an invitation to heal the parts of ourselves that are ready to transform so we can truly thrive.
But let’s be honest, it’s not always easy. It often begins with some kind of loss, pain or confusion, as life gently (or not so gently) pushes us toward growth.
Awakening is a word that’s overused, but in its essence represents a profound phase in our lives when we begin questioning things and seeking answers beyond the physical world. During this time, we become more open-minded, more sensitive, and may start awakening the deeper senses that go beyond the five physical ones.
But it’s important to remember that awakening and enlightenment are two very different things...
As we awaken, we begin to heal and feel more connected to our soul’s purpose. It’s natural to feel excited to share our healing journey with others, but that doesn’t always mean we’re ready to share it just yet.
I truly believe that we are all here to share our stories, our lessons, and our wisdom. But before we can share authentically, we must first embody what we’ve learned and healed.
There’s often a misunderstanding between awakening and enlightenment, and I often remind my clients, friends, and myself...
Give yourself time. Don’t rush. Allow yourself to awaken fully, and then integrate. When the time is right, everything naturally falls into place, and you begin giving from a place of gratitude, connection, and wisdom, instead of from a place of need for validation, pride, or money to pay the bills.
Hope this sparks some inspiration for you day! ✨
