Our mission is to provide a range of services, including intermediate, skilled nursing, and ventilator-supported care in a community setting. We strive to create innovative care activity-based programs which encourage social interaction and attend to the special needs of our residents and their families in a compassionate and caring manner. We honor the dignity and independence of each resident while providing a safe, secure and healthful environment.

Our History....

The Care Center of Honolulu (CCOH) has proudly been serving the Hawai’i community since 1968, when we accepted our first resident. Since then we have helped thousands of residents and their families. The longest and most experienced respiratory care provider in Hawaii, CCOH is equipped to provide 24-7 care to those needing ventilator support and tracheostomy care, and skilled nursing and rehabilitation.

CCOH is a 182 Bed Skilled Nursing community that accommodates residents in a nurturing and supportive environment. We meet state and federal standards and is Medicare & Medicaid certified. We also work with Kaiser, HMSA, and many other commercial insurance providers.
