We moved to our current location with 5 treatment rooms in 2005. We began with simply Helen wanting to help people look and feel good. We quickly expanded services and staff. Today we have expanded into medical esthetics. Helen's Haven has had many firsts over the years. We were the first to salon/spa to offer microdermabrasion. The first to offer LED treatments, Perfector (nano-current) and the first to offer microcurrent for inch loss (Arasys). We also offer full body massages. In accordance with the rest of our services, we offer therapeutic results oriented massages. Our customized approach allows us to combine treatments that address your face and body concerns focusing on fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation (sun spots), body contouring and more. Our SkinTech line of products is designed to support your skin health and wellness goals by offering effective ingredients at affordable prices. Our unique approach blends traditional spa services such as skin care treatments, facials and massage with preventive and corrective medical spa procedures including Botox®, facial fillers and laser services. All medical services are always overseen by our medical director. Injections, such as Botox® and fillers are administered by a physician. We have seen many trends come and go, however we offer what we have proven results. Our services are always improving. Please check back with us for new things.

✨ A Gentle Update for the New Year ✨

As we head into 2025, we want to share an important update about our beloved Tiffany.
For health and wellness reasons, she will be limiting her schedule to two massages per day. This allows her to continue giving the exceptional care, intention, and healing touch she’s known for — without overworking her body.

Because her schedule is becoming more limited and her services are in high demand, her pricing will be adjusting in the new year as well. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Tiffany is so grateful for each and every one of you, and we thank you for helping her prioritize her health so she can keep doing what she loves. 💛

✨ Christmas Decoration Update! ✨

This year, we’re doing something a little different for our Christmas decorating contest—our theme is “Recycle.” ♻️🎄

If you have any old or unused decorations you were planning to throw out, we’d love to give them a second life! Our goal is to decorate using items we already have at home or older decorations that can be repurposed. We want to show that you can create something festive and adorable without spending a lot—just by reusing what’s already around.

This is our first time trying a theme like this, so we’re excited to see how it turns out! You’re welcome to stop by later and check out how your donated decorations were transformed. Who knows—maybe it’ll spark some inspiration for your own holiday décor!

We don’t need help with the actual decorating, just any old items or ideas that can be recycled.

Helen is back in the hospital for a bit while her doctors fine-tune her medication dosages. She’s in good hands and staying positive. 💪

🌸 Big news from Helen’s Haven 🌸

Our Helen got her kidney! 💚 She went into surgery yesterday and is now resting and recovering. We are beyond happy and thankful — this is the moment we’ve all been waiting for.

It’s been a long road, and we can’t wait to see her feeling her best again and getting back to her normal life. Please keep sending love, healing thoughts, and good energy her way as she continues to recover. 💕
