5 things that are speeding up your aging process without even realizing it ✨

1️⃣ Not wearing SPF → You’ve heard it a million times, but it’s true. UV exposure speeds up visible aging and can lead to dark spots and uneven texture. Easy swap: use a tinted SPF daily as your makeup base.

2️⃣ Not getting enough sleep → Sleep is when your skin does a lot of its repair work. Consistently running on low sleep can leave skin looking dull, more puffy, and less refreshed. Aim for a solid nightly routine when you can.

3️⃣ Neglecting neck and chest → These areas have thinner skin and often show signs of aging sooner. Bring your skincare down to your neck and chest, and protect both with SPF every day.

4️⃣ Using one treatment to solve everything → Botox is amazing for movement-related lines, but concerns like texture, tone, and overall skin quality usually need a layered plan (think skincare plus treatments like facials, lasers, microneedling, and more).
