As outer light decreases in Northern realms
Inner light increases for those aware.
Distress escalates for the unaware
Resulting in inner and outer trauma.
As this season unfolds
Please take your
Internal temp!
Set intention
For yourself
As you
Align with those
You love.
Hold internal ground
Hold heart connection.
Send prayers and love
To those known or not
As distress unfolds.
May you find, maintain
Inner Light, prayer, mantra.
May your family, friends,
Work and play
Arise in
Prayer.
