Yesterday morning I had the privilege of speaking to one of the University of Hawaii Professional Athletic Training Program classes about acupuncture and athletics. We talked about acupuncture and it’s effect on pain control, how best to integrate acupuncture with rehabilitation programs, and how it can be used to enhance athletic performance.
