Have you ever steamed your Yoni? It’s the best thing ever ! lol! 😆 It Tonifies and cleanses the uterus and helps the uterus to rise up instead of prolapse. It relieves many symptoms and feels divine. I highly recommend it after your monthly is fully cleared. I have been these in studio with my Mayan abdominal massage treatments and adding in a yoni steam herbal formula and safe plants from the island. You can also put your intention or prayers into the water before you steam.

It’s Makahiki Season! I love seeing these beautiful rainbows appear through my office window and the beautiful white terns flying around them with the misty mountains backdrop. Lono is the god associated with rainbows and white terns are actually named Manu O Ku, they are the official bird of Honolulu! 🙏💜🌈🎉🕊️
