Humble beginnings at Upper Valley Soo Bahk Do John E Martines Kris Totsky for passing the space on to me…Mary Jo my P.E teacher for letting me teach during high school gym class 😆…impromptu subbing when Dr. Sharma forgot to show up to teach at Bloomsburg Rec…all my regulars back in the day even before this page, KIZ incubator in bloom, mission yoga, yoga Hawaii, island club and spa fam…Memphis gravity groove etc etc never ever will forget all of you!!! Love being a student again and back on the mat at hot yoga by the sea Kailua…feeling pretty full circle. Much love everyone, stay breathing 🤍🤍🤍
