Today will be your chance as we explore the amazing power of our 'Mind over Matter!'
There will be guided movement, meditation & sound healing that will help us connect to our higher selves, true compassion, and our angels, guides and ancestors. Elixers/ Teas and a special juice will be served to stimulate and open the crown chakra.
We also will have a special segment with a Wim Hof facilitator learning very special breath practices that allow the body to power up and relieve stress, ending with an optional ice bath, and we have two different baths that will be set up on the lawn and we will be coaching those who want to try to stay in it for a full two minutes. This is anti-inflammatory and enlivening the bodies systems. Ending with some relaxing hot tub and pool time. We will sell out at 20 people so we encourage you to sign up now.
Arrive at 10:30 AM and we will officially finished around 4 and then you can linger in the pool and hot tub till 5 PM if you’d like

Aloha friends 💜Tomorrow, Tuesday is our last yoga class of the month which means a special guest musician, potluck, and hot tub and pool time after from 6pm to 9 pm If you're on a class card, you don't have to donate extra but anybody coming and paying cash tomorrow 100% of the proceeds will go to the Maui humane society, and they need help! Oh my gosh, how can I convey what a life changing experience it was to be in Turkey with such a lovely group of souls. Everyone commented constantly that Turkey was more beautiful, more clean, more abundant, and even more yummy than we expected! We practiced InnerFire yoga nearly every day, sometimes in the pool, and sometimes with a partner💜 , we flew in the air on balloons, and with parachutes, drove ATVs through ancient strangely shaped mountains in Cappadocia, swim in the Mediterranean and Aegean Sea‘s, connected deeper to one another and especially to our own hearts.  I had so much fun planning this trip almost a year ago and everything went as smoothly and sweetly as possible. Eddie and I are completely blessed with the support and love of the wonderful people who came to play with us in a exotic land!
