We appreciate if you call for appointment by calling 808 528 3571 but please leave message if you did not get answer. We have two telephone line but only one person answer. We are open 8:00 am to 12 Noon and 2PM to 5 Pm on Monday Tuesday Thursday and Fridays We are not open on Wednesday and open only in the morning on Saturdays.

There is a pharmacy next to my office which makes it very convenient. There is also a laboratory next to my office which is open 7 am to 2 PM. For those coming for usual every 3 months visit, you might consider not eating breakfast as laboratory examination might be done. Dr Jose de Leon have provided his private cell phone for medical emergency but not for refill of medication. Again it is better to leave message if there is no response to your call. We also prefer text message for convenience.

We speak Tagalog ,Ilocano and English language.

For our Dear Patients. Thank you for understanding changes during the Pandemic. We urgently had to close the office early at the onset of Pandemic for your sake. We had called in one month refill of your essential medications in the hope that in one month things will settle down. We realize however walk in visit of our clinic have a disadvantage during pandemic. We recently tried to change to Appointment only to avoid crowding in waiting room.
