The American Cancer Society’s EMPOWER program is designed to support people facing cancer and their caregivers through education, connection, and holistic well-being. Implemented in Hope Lodge communities across the country, EMPOWER offers opportunities to strengthen social networks, improve wellness, encourage creative expression, and provide helpful day-to-day resources—all guided by compassion, resilience, and hope.

McKesson Corporation Volunteers from their Honolulu office, recently hosted a dinner at our Hope Lodge. The guests enjoyed a delicious and healthy meal, a welcomed reprieve from having to plan and cook their own dinner after a long day of appointments, treatment or travel to Oahu. Thank you to the McKesson Honolulu team for taking time out of their schedules to volunteer at Hope Lodge!
