A heartfelt welcome to our team! We are absolutely thrilled to have Nathan Smith PA-C on board. He is a fantastic addition, and we look forward to achieving great things together—welcome aboard!
BIO: Nathan Smith, PA-C has been practicing in dermatology since 2006. He worked in family medicine in a community health center for two years prior to that. Nate graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a double major in Biology and Psychology. He received his graduate medical training at Pacific University, where he graduated with a Master of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2003. He specializes in all aspects of general dermatology.
Nate makes every effort to provide a comfortable experience for his patients. He enjoys getting to know his patients and strives to build trusting relationships while providing quality care.
Nate was born and raised in Montana. He lived and worked in Portland for several years after medical training. When an opportunity came to leave the big city and move to Hood River in 2021, his family took it. It’s been a great move for the family. In his spare time, he enjoys family life with his wife and two children. He enjoys traveling, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, and taking family adventures in their van.
Nate is a member of Oregon Dermatology Society, Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, Oregon Medical Association, and Oregon Society of Dermatology Associates
