Come and join me in my daily journey to Live Fit! I teach fitness on three levels: mental, spiritual and physical, for an integrated and realistic level of fitness. I talk about the importance of daily habits, including our mental habits (what do we ponder on all day?), our physical habits (let us get used to daily range of motion exercise, and choosing healthy foods over junk), and about our spiritual focus (who, or what, do we worship, put onto a pedestal, idolize, and rely on, for the peace in our lives)? I remind us of the reality of God’s presence in our lives, and instead of ignoring His Magnificence, to tap into His strength and power, to Live Fit, and remain sane, stable, and strong, one day at a time.
