A common issue seen in the clinic are shoulder blades that struggle to sit flush to a rib cage 🩻when pressing. One way to assist with guiding the body into a more appropriate position would be to use heels elevated goblet squat with a low band. From here we can work up to more strenuous tasks to achieve a more optimal position and get some relief of neck pain! 👍🏻

Love it when I can walk patients through the healing process and help them reach their goals again! ❤️He thought a heavy back squat is what caused his issues, but after many doctors and therapists we finally started working together and restored movement and breathing mechanics. It has taken some time but he can finally lift some heavier weights again with confidence that he will not hurt himself!! 🏋🏽‍♂️
