Village Early Intervention is looking for a part-time Service Coordinator to join our team! 💙

Do you have a heart for helping families and young children thrive? Service Coordinators play a vital role in supporting infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) with developmental delays or disabilities by connecting families to services and walking alongside them every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with families to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs)

• Coordinate therapy and support services

• Provide ongoing guidance, resources, and encouragement

• Collaborate with therapists and community providers

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Passion for serving children and families

• Background in education, social work, child development, healthcare, or related field preferred with strong knowledge of childhood development
