Mind Your Monday
Did you know??? Two things can be true at the same time.
You can be grateful and still feel overwhelmed.
You can be healing and still have hard days.
You can love someone and still need boundaries.
You can be doing your best and still want to do better.
This is called dialectical thinking—holding space for more than one truth at once.
Give yourself permission to live in the “and,” not the “either/or.”
Growth happens when we allow complexity, not perfection.
