1. What are your hobbies outside of work?
“I love to create and perform. I spend a lot of time being a theatre artist, reading, playing board games with friends, and playing tennis.” 🎭📚🎾

“If I was not a therapist, I would solely be a theatre practitioner. I would create new and exciting (at least to me) works.” 🎥🎞️

3. What are you most proud of this year?
“Moving to Philadelphia, PA! It is a great place. I’m having a lot of new experiences and learning a lot.”

Parent Awareness: Instagram Map Feature

Calera Accountability and Success Through Education would like to make parents aware of a feature on Instagram that allows users to share their location through a map.

When enabled, this feature can show where a user is or has recently been, depending on their settings. Many users—especially younger ones—may not realize the feature is turned on or who can see their location.

We encourage parents to:
✔️ Talk with your child about location sharing and online safety
✔️ Review Instagram privacy and location settings together
✔️ Make sure location sharing is turned off or limited to trusted individuals

Open conversations and awareness are key to helping keep our students safe—both online and in the real world.

💝In Loving Memory of Bella 🐾

We said goodbye to Bella, my big, gentle, loyal, soul-dog.

For five years, Bella served the families of ACA Counseling with quiet patience, unconditional love, and a calming presence that words could never replace. She sat beside children in hard moments, comforted parents in heavy seasons, and showed up day after day with nothing but love and devotion.

But more than that… Bella served us.
She was my constant. Our family’s comfort. Bella was always there for me, no matter the circumstance, she was beyond loyal. Bella followed me, laid beside me, and was there for me, even when she didn’t feel well. Bella was truly selfless.

I believe God places certain souls in our lives for a reason and Bella was one of those gifts. Faithful, gentle, and full of love, she reflected the quiet goodness of His creation in every way. She was a gift from the good Lord above. She gave love freely, asked for very little, and filled our home with love.

If you ever felt calmer sitting near her, if your child smiled because of her, or if your heart softened just a little in her presence, please know that was Bella’s gift.

Run free, sweet girl. Thank you for everything you gave to ACA, to our family, and to me. You will always be part of our story. I miss you deeply. I am eternally grateful for the time we had together. You were my soul dog. 💝🐾
