As promised!! These are the pop bottle people the 4th graders at one of our local schools are making. The children were tasked with writing a book report on a famous person. Then they had to make their person using a soda bottle and art supplies. Lillian and Nicole went to the school and helped with putting them together with the supplies Reeves FH donated to them. They were so excited and did a really great job!

Jory saves the day! A car caught on fire in front of the funeral home. With quick thinking and preparedness, Jory grab the fire extinguisher he keeps under his desk and ran out the door. He was able to extinguish the fire and prevent injury and any further destruction. Way to go Jory!!!

Fred Baur had the ingenious idea to stack Pringles. He came up with the idea while working as a Food Storage Technician. Before his passing, he requested his ashes be stored inside a Pringles can when it came time. In 2008, his family split his remains between a traditional urn and the late inventor's greatest creation.

We at Reeves Funeral Home care about our community. Even the youngest members! We have bought some art supplies and will be donating them to one of our local elementary schools to help with a project the 4th graders are working on that goes along with a book report they are writing. We will post some pictures of the completed projects in the next couple of days!
