Happy National Activity Professionals Week! Today we are highlighting our Activity Director, Jan Flegel. Jan has been with Miller's for 34 years. Some of Jan's favorite activities to do with the residents is going on bus rides and acting as a tour guide telling them "what use to be" throughout our town. She also enjoys porch time with the residents and listening to their stories they have to tell. Jan's most memorable activity is any outdoor event we have where family is able to join and we have live music for everyone to enjoy. Outside of work Jan likes caring for the young kids at church, she also loves to sing and take care of flowers. Jan has many flowers at home and all of our beautiful flowers at Miller's are at the work of Jan's hand.

Thank you, Jan, for all your years of hard work, dedication, and care you have given to each residents you have come in contact with.

Happy National Activity Professionals Week! Today we want to highlight one of our volunteers, Jane Paetzel. Jan has been coming to Miller's for a few years now to play piano for all the residents. Jane is a exceptional piano player and can get the residents singing and up and dancing. She does take requests on favorite songs and what they like to hear. We are grateful to have such talent visit us here at Miller's.
