All Wellness Center staff are CPR/AED certified. Our trainers and instructors hold the highest industry credentials- they will challenge and inspire you to reach your goals. Classes & Programs to Help You Reach Your Goals
We offer a variety of group exercise classes that are included in your membership. Personal training and specialty classes are also available to keep you motivated on your journey to wellness. We also have a variety of programs for adults and youth. How to find Us
Located in the peaceful rural community of Hopedale, IL the Wellness Center is located on the campus of Hopedale Medical Complex. Not only are we close to the hospital, we are owned and operated by HMC, which means we are held to a high standard of cleanliness and safety. Our Hours
Monday – Thursday 5:00am – 7:00pm
Friday 5:00am-4:30pm
Saturday 7:30am – 12:00pm
Sunday Closed

Closed for the following holidays: Christmas, Easter, 4th of July and Thanksgiving. Modified hours for Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and the day before and after Thanksgiving. Contact Us

What a week for our Hopedale Rehab & Sports Med Athletic Trainers! They’ve been at the IHSA Illinois High School Association Basketball Tournament this week with Dee-Mack High School Girls Basketball! 🏅

Plus tonight, both our athletic trainers were at the IHSA Boys Sectional between Tremont High School and Dee-Mack High School! 🏀
