Crossroads Clubhouse

Our recovery oriented programs help individuals gain self-confidence, build employment skills, and foster relationships.

Crossroads Clubhouse is housed in a turn of the century colonial mansion in Hopedale. It is a warm, inviting environment where we offer adults with a history of mental illness a community that is built on peer support and rehabilitation. Clubhouse members and staff work together in all elements of clubhouse operations. Our “work-ordered day” is the backbone of our program and offers members the opportunity to engage in the community and build skills such as banking and budgeting skills, food service, newsletter production, and landscaping, while working alongside staff and other members to contribute to the overall goals of Crossroads. We also offer employment and housing support, dual recovery meetings, health & wellness programs, and social events.

Merry Christmas everyone!

We celebrated Christmas here at the clubhouse, with lots of delicious food, giftboxes and lovely company. We all came together for a wonderful meal and gifts. Having everyone together just brings more joy to the holidays because why be alone when you can be with your community!

Ryan is a new staff of ours and here he is learning to use our Unit Board on the big screen!

We like to let everyone learn the system and work on the computer, as it can help with anyone's skill set or even improve current skills. From working on one's typing skills to even being the "eyes" of the room and being aware of who's around while leading the conversation, our meetings are always a great place to start learning.

Here we have Becca, who recently got her own login for our computers!

She does a lot of our data entry work , and with this login, she's able to have the independence to log herself in and do the work without staff having to step in and log in.

Having the freedom to do this herself is so beneficial, and we're very proud!

From prep to the big day! 🦃

We hope everyone had a lovely Thanksgiving, as we did!🧡

From our turkey to the mashed potatoes and squash, to desserts, our bellies were full and we enjoyed celebrating and being with one another. It's a time to gather, eat great food and enjoy the holiday with the community!

Recently Becca, who has been doing a TE at DMH in Grafton and was given a Recognition Award for the hard work she has been doing.

She was recognized for being a great worker and very dedicated to her job and tasks. They thanked her for everything she's been doing and presented her with this award in front of a large supporting DMH crowd.

We are happy to celebrate such a wonderful accomplishment!

Way to go Rebecca!!

On Wednesday, November 5th, there was a TE Symposium that Crossroads attended.

At this event, they learned about Action Plans, people shared their experiences and recovery stories and gained insight into Clubhouse Employment guidelines. For example, TE (Transitional Employment) is the most supportive and accessible employment model within the Clubhouse.

This was a wonderful experience, and they came back with plenty of information to share with our community!

🎃Saturday October 25th was our annual Halloween Social 🎃

We all came dressed up in costumes and each person brought in food, we had a delicious potluck-style buffet. From several desserts to fried chicken and even slow-cooked meatballs, to name a few, it was a meal enjoyed by all!

We had a scavenger hunt, a costume contest and each of us left with a small goodie bag filled with candy 👻🍬 It was definitely a great time and very memorable.
