✨💐 I’m so excited to announce... a Beltane Women’s Day gathering {circle, celebration and craft!} on Saturday, May 2nd 🧚✨

In a few weeks, we cross the threshold into Beltane 🌷 an ancient Celtic festival honors the returning sun, the earth’s vitality, and the spark of life awakening all around us.

Traditionally celebrated with great fires symbolizing passion, fertility, and protection, it was also believed to be a time when the veil between worlds thinned ~ inviting connection with nature spirits, the fae, and ancestral energies 🔥

We’ll explore the spirit of Beltane through a blend of ritual, creativity, and community:

Ostara is an ancient pagan celebration of the upcoming Spring Equinox, rooted in Germanic and Celtic traditions 🪺🌱

The equinox signifies the first official day of spring. A point many of us are beginning to itch for after this long, cold winter 🌨️

The equinox teaches us not to rush growth - and that it naturally unfolds when nourishment, warmth, and timing align.
However, this does not mean sitting back and waiting for things to come our way.
The small actions we take to plant seeds now will grow and be shaped by our commitment to nurturing our desires, goals, and passions.
Our role is not to control the outcome, but to show up as attentive caretakers for our dreams.

On 3/21, our women’s gathering will create space to reflect on what is ready to be planted in our own lives.
Through guided lesson, meditation, and a creative Ostara egg ritual craft centered around the egg as a vessel of potential 🥚🎨🪄✨
We will explore grounded actions that help our dreams take root, and what it means to “water” them with patience and presence over time.

New Year’s eve is upon us.

Our culture emphasizes New Year’s resolutions, the idea of which I can’t fully get behind.
Pushing forward, fixing ourselves, demanding change ~ all during the coldest, darkest point of the year.

However, I do like working with opportunity for starting fresh, and new beginnings.

In honor of transforming the Year’s shift, myself and Gabrielle Rabinowitz will use a guided journey to connect with Imbolc and the Goddess Brigid (goddess of healing, creativity, and inspired vision), as a way to understand your own inner desires and visions for yourself on a deeper level.

The Winter Solstice arrives today, the shortest day and longest night of the year, when darkness reaches its peak.

Ancient humans feared the weeks leading to the Solstice. The cold and darkness meant uncertainty, scarcity, and spiritual and physical vulnerability. Across the Northern Hemisphere, the Winter Solstice marked a sacred point ~ the promised return of light, honored by many cultures for thousands of years.

People gathered to feast, rest, tell stories, and make offerings of ale, bread, and evergreen to the gods, the land spirits, and the returning sun. It was believed that how one spent the Twelve Nights would shape the twelve months to come: each night representing as a sign, blessing, or gentle warning for the corresponding month of the new year ahead.

Last evening, we gathered with a beautiful group of women in The Women’s Well 🤎 Sharing ancient myth, creating ritual, and holding space for both the span of both sacred holiday traditions and wounds.
