Apple cinnamon chia pudding because dessert should calm your nervous system, not spike your blood sugar 🤍

This is one of my favorite intentional dessert rituals:
✨ Chia seeds for gut health, omega-3s, and steady energy
✨ Apples for fiber + blood sugar balance
✨ Cinnamon to reduce inflammation and support glucose control

No gluten. No dairy. No crash.
Just slow energy, clear focus, and a body that feels supported from the inside out 🌿

That’s why we support guests beyond the retreat by bringing this same intentional, anti-inflammatory cooking into everyday life through our personal chef services.

This vegan ramen bar was built around real nourishment — slow, intentional, and grounding.

We used vegetarian broth from because quality matters when you’re feeding people who are here to heal, reset, and reconnect.

This is the kind of food that supports long days of movement, breathwork, and stillness without feeling heavy or restrictive.

Vegan sweet potato brownies made with:
• sweet potato
• almond butter
• maple syrup
cocoa powder

That’s it.
No refined sugar. No flour. Just nourishment.
