Trust us when we say, a hard bristled toothbrush is NOT more effective at brushing your teeth! 🪥 The truth is, removing plaque and keeping your teeth clean has more to do with your brushing technique than your actual toothbrush. Make sure you are cleaning all surfaces of your teeth as well as your gums and tongue AND flossing twice a day! Dentists and the ADA recommend a soft bristled toothbrush to get the job done. 😄

October FLEW right by! We kicked off the month surprising our hygienist, Janine on her 40th birthday and made sure to wear our pink every Wednesday in honor of breast cancer awareness 💗 Our team kept busy this month working the annual Yorktown Fall festival and Boo & Brew at the Jefferson Valley Mall. Last but not least, we had a blast dressing up for Halloween and having some in-office fun! 👻 We are looking forward to a new month and getting ready for the holiday season!
