Hello, I'm Heather Christine and Holistic Continuum is my LLC for all of the professional hats that I'm blessed to wear including physical therapist, birth doula, yoga teacher, lactation educator/counselor and MuTu Pro™. I am passionate about women's health specifically the journey of pregnancy to motherhood and wellness/nutrition of individuals and families. I strive to bring my over two decades of knowledge and experience in the medical and wellness fields and life experience as a mother of three into helping individuals and families thrive.

Congratulations Mallory—You have ReCertified as a Community Aware Birthworker Certified Birth Doula!

Mallory was our first Certified Birth Doula and we are thrilled that she is now our first ReCertified Birth Doula.

Mallory completed her birth doula training with CAB in February of 2022 and completed the certification requirements in May of 2022. CAB doulas have a two year window to certify after their doula training weekend, but like Mallory, can also certify more quickly. Once certified, CAB Certified Birth Doulas can re-certify in three years through a meeting with CAB and demonstrating participation in continuing education and active birthwork since their certification. There are no required fees to re-certify.

Over the last three years Mallory has been growing her family, taking continuing education while also being an active birth doula and growing her birthwork business, Mind-Body Birth MN.

We are thrilled to have Mallory as part of our CAB community and also to have her join us as a CAB Mentor. CAB 1:1 Mentorship is open to all birthworkers and is a three to nine month relationship between the mentor and mentee. More information in bio.

Congratulations Megan—You are a Community Aware Birthworker Certified Birth Doula!

Megan completed CAB Birth Doula Training in February 2025 although she started in December of 2024 but was called away to a birth....such is the life of a doula! Following training she completed the additional requirements for CAB Certification. She has been an active birthworker since early 2024 growing her business, Megan Martin Birth, following her first birth and postpartum doula training with DONA.

We are thrilled to have Megan as part of our CAB community and have her add the initials CAB-CD to her credentials.

Already a birthworker? Like Megan, You could become a CAB Certified Doula by transferring your credentials through one of our Experienced Birthworkers Tracks. Message us about next steps including our Doula Training Weekend in October.

Congratulations Lizzy—You are a Community Aware Birthworker Certified Birth Doula!
Lizzy completed her birth doula training with CAB in May of 2023.

Since her training Lizzy continued completing the requirements for CAB Certification while completing her degree in Social Work and working for Ramsey County while also attending births with partnerships from Nubian Moms.

We are thrilled to have Lizzy as part of our CAB community and have her add the initials CAB-CD to her credentials.

Along with completing the requirements for CAB Certification as an experienced birth doula she has been growing her family and her birthwork business, Daisy Doula MN. She has been in active birthworker since 2021 with her first training as a Full Spectrum Doula with Doula Trainings International.

We are thrilled to have Maria as part of our CAB community and have her add the initials CAB-CD to her credentials.

Baby Yoga is my favorite hour of the week 💜
It’s all about time with your baby while getting to move your body and meet other new parents. We often take a field trip after class to either get lunch or cupcakes. Class is a series each month. Wednesdays at 11am in Hopkins. Limited to four pairs per session. Link in Bio.

Instead of work from home or work from my studio, MIA has become my favorite place to work. Recently my 12 years of birthwork practice caught up with me physically, emotionally and mentally. Luckily I recognized right away that I couldn’t sort it out or find my equilibrium without more help…something I usually can do. I’m thankful for the supports I’ve cultivated including my doula partners, my witches, my besties, my therapist and Brett.
