Run Well’s 3rd Annual 5K Training Program is BACK 👟

Whether you’re brand new to running, getting back into it, or looking for a fun goal to train for—this program is for you. Even better? It’s designed for the whole family 👟

We’ll spend 8 weeks building strength, confidence, and endurance together—leading up to the Timlin 5K on June 14. Space is LIMITED!!

Details:
📅 Starts April 21 (8 weeks)
🕖 Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:00pm
🌅 Sundays at 8:00am
💲 $50 per person | $30 for additional family members
👨‍👩‍👧 Kids encouraged (with adult supervision!)

What can you learn from a gait analysis? 🏃‍♂️

A gait analysis gives a snapshot of how you run—looking at things like cadence, stride mechanics, foot strike, posture, and joint movement. From this, we can identify inefficiencies, injury risks, and opportunities to help you run stronger and smoother.

It’s the first step toward more efficient, injury-free running. 👟

✔ Key running mechanics
✔ Observations about running form

Extra busy today at Run Well reviewing gait analyses and updating exercise programs—right in the heart of marathon training season! 🏃‍♀️

This is the time when all those miles start to come together, and small improvements in form, strength, and mobility can make a huge difference in how smooth and strong your running feels. When your body moves efficiently, every step supports your training instead of working against it.

Gait analysis helps highlight what you’re already doing well and where a few targeted exercises can give you an extra boost—better stride efficiency, improved endurance, and that confident, ready-to-race feeling on the start line.

Join me on March 4, 2026 from 7:00-8:30PM at 14 Church Street in Hopkinton for an interactive workshop designed to help you keep doing what you love—running!

We’ll go through a functional mobility screen for runners to identify limitations, imbalances, and areas you should be working on to reduce injury risk and improve efficiency. You’ll leave knowing exactly what YOUR body needs.

✨ Happy New Year from Run Well! ✨

As we close out an incredible year, I’m taking a moment to reflect on how grateful I am for this first year of growth in our physical space at Haven Beauty. Having a place to welcome clients, build community, and continue growing Run Well Performance Training & Physical Therapy has meant more than I can put into words.

A huge thank you to for the opportunity and support to use their space and help make this chapter possible. I’m so grateful for the collaboration and encouragement along the way.

To my amazing clients—thank you for trusting me with your care, your goals, and your journeys. Watching you move better, run stronger, achieve your goals and stay healthy is the reason I love what I do.

I’m heading into 2026 feeling incredibly optimistic and excited for what’s ahead—more growth, more learning, and continuing to support this community in meaningful ways.

I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be running the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐁𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧 to raise funds for 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐋𝐒 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡. This incredible organization supports groundbreaking work at UMass Chan Medical School, where researchers are pushing toward real breakthroughs in the fight against ALS.
