🩵💙 Rewarding and Heartfelt Story: 💙🩵

Maple Family Dental is feeling blessed to have paired up with Dental Lifeline Network, Dr. Noffze, Straumann and ProSmiles Dental Studio to give 'Dave' his smile again.

Dave came to our office through a Dental Lifeline referral in early 2025 with the hopes of fixing his teeth. We quickly learned that the treatment needed was more complex than anticipated. Dave cried in the dental chair learning of this required treatment-thinking he was out of luck. 🍀

Our Maple Team gave encouragement and told him not to lose hope. We worked with Dental Lifeline to line up Dr. Noffze, an oral surgeon, and ProSmiles Dental Studio
to donate their time for Dave's case. 🤝

Dave had surgery spring 2025 and needed to heal until fall. We kept in contact with all parties to be sure next steps were on track and started his denture process September 2025, making it out to our office for multiple
appointments to create his new smile. 😃

At every appointment Dave expressed
his gratitude and shook our hands to thank us. We were thrilled to place Dave's implant denture November 25, 2025- just before Thanksgiving. 🍁

We had a chance to visit with Dave before he left the office, and he tearfully told
Us he hadn't had teeth in ten years. 😭

Dave didn't lose hope. We are thankful
to be a part of his journey. 🙏🏻
