The vayu system is little known, yet a very vital part of a yogic practice possibly allowing us to connect the physical and energetic bodies. In the first hour of this workshop we will discuss the certain aspects of the Vayu system, how it could help us direct the flow of prana (our life force energy) in the body and then how to apply it to specific pranayama (breath work) practices. In the second half, we will incorporate this breath work into our Asana (posture) practice

Join Jasmine Margreno, as she guides you on your merry way throughout a rejuvenating 2-hour yoga class designed to help you unwind and reset during the holiday season. This all-levels class blends the gentle practices of Yin and Restorative Yoga with the deeply restorative experience of Yoga Nidra, allowing you to release tension and cultivate inner peace.

In the first part of the session, we will explore Yin Yoga, focusing on long-held poses that target the connective tissues and promote flexibility. This slow-paced practice encourages deep relaxation and introspection, helping you to let go of stress and anxiety.

Next, we will transition into Restorative Yoga, where you will be supported by props to experience a state of complete relaxation. This part of the class emphasizes mindful breathing and gentle stretches, allowing for deeper emotional release and rejuvenation.

Finally, we will conclude with a calming Yoga Nidra session, guiding you into a state of conscious sleep. This meditative practice will help you reset your mind and body, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Just a reminder that we will be honoring our late cancellation policy as we move into our busiest time of year
If you late cancel (less than 2 hours before class time) you will be charged a $15
late cancel fee for waitlisted classes
Also a reminder to please pre register for classes to ensure your spot. We have limited space and will not be able to accomodate walk ins if the class is full. Pre registering also helps teachers plan for class and lets us know who needs to be contacted if/when we ever have to cancel a class, especially during the winter weather months

Thank you Matt for guiding us and sharing your gift. You are going to be amazing and we can’t wait to see where this journey takes you

I don’t know that we VL teachers have ever been able to practice all together, so this was a very special offering. A few of us are missing but here in spirit. Andi is running her little butt off at the wineglass marathon today


We are also preparing to say goodbye (for now) to one of our teachers . She will be moving to Arizona in November and teaching her last class with us on Monday October 27th at 6pm. So make sure you come see her before she go’s

In honor of that we have two free classes to offer on Saturday July 26th at 9 & 11 am

✨At 9am please join us in welcoming Sara Falco for a Qigong + Yoga fusion class where she will guide you through a gentle flowing combination of these two practices
This class will be offered during the Saturday morning ritual practice
