I've had several people asking me about the current solar and Schumann activities and before I get into solar and earth updates, I thought I might explain how it correlates with the language of our bodies.
Gaining an understanding of your body's signals is crucial for providing it with the necessary elements for rest, repair, and a return to its natural state of homeostasis. We have been subjected to an overwhelming number of stressors from all directions, which has led many of us to become entrenched in a state of fight, flight, or freeze. This can be quite detrimental to our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
We are, in essence, electrical beings. Our entire nervous system functions as a vast infrastructure of frequency-based communication that operates in conjunction with our emotions, beliefs, thoughts, and words. Our bodies communicate through receptors that transmit feelings, frequency, electricity, and sound.
When discomfort arises in the body, it is a signal that there is an disruption in its electrical current.
As a musician, I find it helpful to think of the body as a musical instrument. Factors that contribute to elevated cortisol levels (infinite) cause for our instrument to go out of tune.
Just as an old, out-of-tune piano or guitar can produce an unpleasant sound, our bodies can experience a similar disharmony. When the electrical system gets out of tune, there might be a desire to escape or disassociate from daily life, because it quite literally drains our energy.
Similar to the need for nutritional changes, or medical care when we get sick, electrical adjustments are just as beneficial. Our systems require both sonic and electrical tuning to achieve harmonious resonance. At times, our cells may become so depleted of energy that an electrical "reboot" is necessary to perform even basic daily functions.
Is it possible for notes that are sung far off-key to recalibrate, recharge, and realign through simple elements such as sound, frequency, and subtle electrical vibrations? The answer is YES. One can observe a significant transformation by examining live blood samples before and after recalibrating sessions.
So, how does this all tie into the sun and Earth's heartbeat? The sun blasts out plasma waves, right? And plasma is electrical, so when it hits Earth and us, we can totally sense it. Everyone feels it differently. Sometimes it's just this weird pressure around us, or a headache, or a sudden wave of intense emotions that makes us weep for zero apparent reason. Other times, we feel all static-y and get annoyed for no reason. It's like our out-of-whack areas are being highlighted, and stuff that doesn't belong anymore is getting kicked out of our lives.
*What are you being nudged to check out? *What are you being asked to switch up? *What's stressing you out more than it should?
Sometimes when things seem to be falling apart, they're actually pushing you towards a way happier path, even if it doesn't feel like it at the moment.
For the update regarding current geomagnetic events:
A series of significant solar flares has resulted in a substantial wave of solar plasma energy now heading towards Earth. Images reveal what scientists refer to as a double blast structure, characterized by a leading shockwave followed by a dense plasma cloud.
Over the past three weeks, Earth's frequency has undergone a dramatic shift. Hawaii's Kilauea volcano recently erupted, spewing red-hot lava up to 1000 meters into the air in a spectacular and rarely witnessed display. A magnitude 7.6 earthquake that occurred off the northeastern coast of Japan. Sunspot activity is currently elevated, with a considerable number of Earth-facing regions that could potentially generate more flares in the coming days.
When the Sun lets out a big, bright breath, it's not about destroying things, but more like a reset for us to get back to our true selves. It's not just Earth's magnetic pulse shifting, but our own hearts too, on an energetic level. That's why when we get these huge energy waves, people all over the world end up in the hospital, thinking they're having heart problems. These geomagnetic waves are super tiny, measured in nanoteslas at the biofield level, but they still get into our cells where our heart isn't just a physical thing, but an electrical, emotional, and overall guide. It's kind of like an imprint that leaves an energetic signature or vibrational memory in water. Something small is having a big effect.
The heart, in its similar capacity, perceives these light and frequency waves, and it is attuned to the surrounding fields. Consequently, when the Earth's magnetic song, as observed in various scientific discussions online, undergoes changes, these subtle frequencies initiate reactions within our own internal rhythms. This response is commensurate with the level of density that needs to be released. Individuals already experiencing stress, dehydration, emotional overwhelm, or natural sensitivity tend to feel this shift most profoundly, as they are already in a state of recalibration. The sensations of fluttering, skipped beats, brief tightness, or dizziness are not indicative of cardiac failure, but rather of the heart awakening and recalibrating to a new harmonic, although these uncomfortable sensations can understandably induce fear at the time.
During significant solar events, melatonin levels may decrease, sleep patterns may be disrupted, and cortisol levels may rise. This can lead to an increased sensitivity to sensations, enhancing the perception of current experiences. The atmosphere becomes charged, the Schumann Resonance fluctuates, and the collective nervous system undergoes a period of realignment within the four bodily systems. This interconnectedness explains why many individuals experience these sensations simultaneously, as we are all part of the same energetic field, responding to the same solar-inspired energy that Earth processes like a vast capacitor.
There is no need to be afraid. The close of this year is anticipated to bring a notable increase in frequency. Try to stay positive and just roll with it. Hopefully it will bring us a much brighter 2026? π
