Solar Update:
You're not lazy or crazy.
You're recalibrating.

If you're feeling extra tired, extra wired, pressure, or like you've been hit by a freight train, don't panic. Everything's fine. 😵‍💫😎 Rest, hydrate, get some minerals in your system, and do what helps your nervous system calm down. Ground, practice deep diaphragm breathing, take a bath, sip some herbal tea, listen to calming music, read a book...whatever helps you to not be overstimulated.

If anyone needs help with regulating the vagus nerve or grounding, I'd be happy to help you via microcurrent, sound, and/or light touch therapy. Sometimes regulating the overloaded nervous system isn't easy on your own, and a little support is necessary. 💖
