With it being back to school 📚 season and Fall 🍂 right around the corner, you may be wondering 🤔….how will I be able to work on my goals with everything else going on?

One simple & effective answer to that would be to ✨TAKE BABY STEPS ✨

Vs. putting the extra stress on yourself to make extreme changes or defining success as following a set of strict food rules.

Baby steps add up and support making the long-term changes needed for getting long-term results 🏆

So just a little reminder for today as you get ready for another Fall/school season.

Self care can mean so many different things.

Bottom line - it’s so SOO important to get enough of it. Going through life feeling depleted because you’re giving all your energy to others/other things is a great set up for physical & mental health issues.

One form of self care that I want to highlight today is MINDFUL EATING! 🧘‍♂️🍽️
