❤️Today was a very bittersweet day at Mt. Carmel as we said goodbye to someone who has meant so much to all of us — our incredible transportation guru and all-around amazing friend, Tony.❤️
For nearly four years, Tony has been so much more than the man behind the wheel. He has been a smiling face in the hallway, a helping hand whenever anyone needed it, a joke when someone needed a laugh, and a true friend to our residents and staff. His kindness, patience, humor, and genuine heart have touched so many lives within our Mt. Carmel family.
Whether he was driving residents safely where they needed to go, lending a hand wherever it was needed, or simply sharing a smile and conversation, Tony made every day brighter for those around him.
Now, Tony and his beautiful wife, Pat, are beginning a new chapter as they retire to Tyler, Texas. While we are so happy for them and this exciting new adventure, our hearts are a little heavy knowing how much he will be missed here.
Tony, thank you for the love, dedication, laughter, and care you gave to Mt. Carmel. You have left fingerprints on the hearts of so many of us, and our community will never be quite the same without you.
You will always be part of the Mt. Carmel family.
