Stormy, Lola, and Honey (her very first visit!) stopped by to spread some Valentine cheer, and our residents soaked up every cuddle and kiss. Pure joy. Pure love.

Celebrating One Wonderful Year!

Last week we had the joy of celebrating our amazing administrator, Julie, as she marked her first anniversary with Mt. Carmel!

We are so incredibly grateful for her leadership, dedication, and that wonderful positive energy (and yes… LOTS of energy!) that she brings to our community every single day. Julie has such a special gift for getting things done quickly and efficiently, while always keeping the needs of our residents and staff at the heart of everything she does.

In what feels like no time at all, she became part of our Mt. Carmel family, and we are truly blessed to have her as our fearless leader.

Thank you, Julie, for your commitment, your heart, and the difference you make here every day. We appreciate you more than words can say!

Super Bowl Spirit is Alive at Mt. Carmel! 🏈

We had a touchdown kind of afternoon with TWO team cakes — Patriots and Seahawks — after lunch, plus all the game-day goodies! Residents enjoyed sharing lots of laughs and spending time together before settling in to watch the fun movie “80 for Brady.”

Our residents even made their own “Super Bowl Predictions,” and we can’t wait to announce the winners tomorrow!

A huge thank you to our extraordinary dietary staff for helping make today so festive and delicious for everyone. We appreciate all you do to make these special moments possible!

What a great week we've had celebrating the amazing Kellie for National Activity Director Week. She is truly a blessing to our community and one of the best I have ever worked with. Thank you Kellie for all you bring to Mt. Carmel. She brings joy, laughter and endless fun to our Residents.

The snow and ice didn’t slow down our amazing Mt. Carmel team one bit! ❄️
Through wintry conditions this weekend and today, our staff continued caring for our residents, delivering meals, and even finding time to have snow much fun along the way.

Some team members have gone above and beyond—camping out since Friday—to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of our residents. That kind of dedication, love, and teamwork truly warms our hearts.

Thank you to our incredible Mt. Carmel family. We are so grateful for each of you! 💙

The “Mat Masters” were hard at work this morning, creating sleeping mats for our unhoused neighbors. 💙 This fabulous group meets every Thursday, giving their time, talents, and hearts to help others in need. We are so proud of their dedication and compassion!
