The Hope Movement

A supportive community for women in recovery, grounded in the love of Jesus.

The mission of the Hope Movement is to guide women recovering from an addictive lifestyle to become fully-devoted followers of Jesus as they discover life in abundance, as God intended. The Hope Movement recognizes and assists in providing such needs as a safe living environment, gainful employment, life-skills training, and Christ-centered counseling, with discipleship training to follow Jesus as the core of the Hope Movement.

We celebrated a very special milestone—congratulations to our past resident Lauren ❤️ on graduating from Drug Court!

We are so thankful for Judge Ohm and the entire Drug Court staff for the dedication, guidance, and support they pour into lives every single day. What a blessing it is to witness the impact of their work.

To all the friends and family who came out to support Lauren on this big day—thank you for surrounding her with love and encouragement. It truly makes a difference.

Lauren, we are so grateful we got to be a small part of your journey. Watching your growth has been a joy, and we are so excited for all that’s ahead for you. Your future is bright!

What an incredible Saturday we had attending Step Up to Your Purpose Conference.
Watching these women lean in, take notes, worship, and receive all that was poured into them was inspiring.
We are so thankful for every opportunity like this—to step away, be refreshed, and be reminded of the purpose and calling over each life. God is moving, and we’re honored to witness it firsthand.

What a beautiful and full day at The Hope Movement!

We are so thankful for our Cooking Matters volunteers who spent the afternoon teaching practical, healthy, and budget-friendly ways to feed our families. The knowledge they shared is such a gift.

We ended the evening at The Pocket Theater alongside some of our Joyful Hearts volunteers—what a special time of laughter, connection, and community!

Thank you to everyone who poured into our ladies—we appreciate you more than words can say! 💛

We are so grateful for Mr. and Mrs. Charles Fulton for coming out to the Hope Movement and blessing us by tilling up our garden area! We are so grateful for the Cooking Matters volunteer group for spending time with us and pouring into our ladies! ❤️

Thank you for preparing the most amazing stuffed bell peppers—such a delicious meal that everyone enjoyed. We also loved the time spent in arts and crafts!

Most importantly, thank you for sharing and teaching on Holy Week. It was such a powerful and meaningful reminder of God’s love, sacrifice, and the hope we have in Him. ✝️

Today we celebrate two incredible women—Lauren and Alyssa—on their completion of the Hope Movement program! 🎉

What a beautiful testimony of God’s faithfulness, strength, and redemption. We have had the honor of watching both of these women grow, heal, and step boldly into the women God has called them to be. This is not the end of their journey—it’s the beginning of a powerful new chapter filled with hope, purpose, and promise.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” – Jeremiah 29:11

We also want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who came out to celebrate with us. To the friends, family, and supporters who have stood beside these women, and to every volunteer who has poured love, time, and encouragement into the Hope Movement—Your prayers, your presence, and your faithfulness truly make a difference.

Lauren and Alyssa, we are so proud of you. Keep walking in His truth, His strength, and His purpose. The best is yet to come. 💛

We had such a wonderful time with the Seam Team! 🧵❤️ Thank you for coming to The Hope Movement and sharing your time and talents by teaching sewing techniques to our ladies. Not only did you teach valuable skills, but you also poured so much love, encouragement, and kindness into each woman.

This week we are celebrating BIG!!! 🎉🏡✨

Lauren and Alyssa has officially completed The Hope Movement and moved into their very own apartments!!! What an incredible journey it has been to watch them grow, persevere, heal, and step boldly into this next chapter.

We are beyond proud of you both!

As y’all step into this next chapter, we pray:

Father God, we thank You, the work You have done in their lives. We ask that You bless their new homes with peace, joy, and protection. Let it be filled with Your presence. Order their steps, guide their decisions, and continue to grow them in wisdom and favor. May this new season be marked by stability, purpose, and overflowing blessings. Surround them with the right people and keep them anchored in You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
