Looking for a unique way to enjoy the mineral water of Hot Springs, come soak in our outdoor mineral spas, with over 235 dissolved minerals coming from the base of West Mountain. ….Remove negative things from you words and your life, throw it in the trash or burn it! literally write it on paper and burn it up!!! it will get it out of your mind!!
….Remove Chlorine from you diet so you can detox… lemon removes from drinking water and baking soda from soaking water. Now eat and drink: Orange juice, bananas, pink salt, and Thyme(the herbaceous tasting kind) to get you minerals back or soak in epsom salt or himalayan salt! Your body and mind will thank you! I thank you….Be thankful and “you will be thankful” because everything and everyone you need will find you. How exciting. Get excited!! 😊.

….Relax and fix of pain with a tablespoon of baking soda and a cup full of epsom/himalayan salt!

I only know the pages I randomly opened that helped me that day, and the Revelations because 7 people from different religions showed me in the same week!….Right after I returned from Thailand “Free”land, the “land of smiles”….They were all right.

Hi! I’m Amy Thomas, the owner-operator of Thai-Me Spa. Hot Springs, AR’s premier day spa. I’m a Master Massage Therapist specializing in medical massage, Thai massage, and reflexology.
The Thai-Me Spa journey starts in Thailand, where I spent time furthering my education. I fell in love with the locals and their way of doing things. Their culture seemed centered around mastering the state of health through massage, meditation, and food - things I believed in. My time in Thailand was spent learning new techniques, receiving massages myself, and soaking up all the wisdom I could from the great people of Thailand. (And zip lining, cooking and playing with tigers 😉)
My time in Thailand was incredible and really moved me. I knew I needed, and wanted, to share my new techniques and wisdom with my clients in Hot Springs. So in 2009, I opened the first Thai-Me Spa.
At 22 years old, I was not only the business owner but I was Thai-Me Spa’s only massage therapist. It wasn’t easy at times, but I was committed to my goal of developing a team of like-minded therapists dedicated to their clients’ relaxation & pain relief just as much as I am. After learning many lessons along the way, I’ve found just that. The therapists and staff at Thai-Me Spa helped make my dream a reality, and I’m extremely grateful to call them family.
With the help and support from the massage therapists and staff members at Thai-Me Spa, I opened a second spa location in Historic Downtown Hot Springs. Both spa locations in Hot Springs, AR offer massages, facials & HydraFacials, nail services, skincare & cosmetic products, plus much more! It’s truly a one-of-a-kind experience.
