The happiness of one's own heart alone cannot satisfy the soul; one must try to include, as necessary to one's own happiness, the happiness of others.

So... great teaching on peace and compassion at the Ewam Garden of One Thousand Buddhas today. Sharing what hit me the most.
During the teaching she mentioned the ONEness of everything several times (something I always include and strive for in my personal practice and teachings).
During the q&a someone asked "HOW DO WE HAVE COMPASSION FOR THOSE DOING DAMAGE TO OTHERS?" This is the most important question of the day, I think.
She answered in a very thoughtful way, expressing the connectedness and how everyone deserves our empathy and compassion... not just the good people or the people doing good. (They don't really need it right!?) But that it's the ones that we kind of auto-judge (my words) that need it the worst!
We need to remember that HURT PEOPLE HURT PEOPLE... and these are the ones that need our love, empathy and compassion.
Again I'm mixing my words and thoughts in... but man it's true.
A lot of us that preach peace are very "up in arms" with the current stuff going on... and that's not letting us have peace, nor does it promote peace for those around us.
So!
Let's get back on target. It's good to be knowledgeable about the things out there... but if we post it, let's do so in sending healing to it and not anger and hate.
Let's be contagious with our compassion and prayers....
And deal with all things with much love and ALOKA!

What Is Far-Infrared Therapy (FIR) And Why Is It So Good For You ...
Far-infrared (FIR) therapy uses invisible light waves to pe*****te skin, gently raising body temperature and promoting deep healing, circulation, pain relief (like arthritis), and tissue repair, acting as a non-invasive treatment for chronic pain, inflammation, and injuries by stimulating cell growth, improving blood flow, and reducing inflammation, often through devices like FIR saunas or pads. Unlike regular heat, it heats the body directly, providing therapeutic benefits without harmful UV rays, though research continues to fully understand its mechanisms.
How it Works & Benefits
Deep Pe*******on: FIR light pe*****tes tissues deeper than conventional heat, reaching the source of pain and inflammation.
Improved Circulation: Stimulates blood flow, bringing more oxygen and nutrients to damaged areas, aiding cell regeneration.
Pain Relief: Reduces pain from conditions like arthritis, muscle soreness, and chronic pain by releasing endorphins and reducing inflammation.
Anti-inflammatory: Lowers pro-inflammatory cytokines and boosts anti-inflammatory ones, supporting immune response.
Wound Healing: Boosts collagen synthesis and cell growth, helping rebuild stronger skin and tissue.
Cellular Detox: Promotes sweating, helping the body eliminate toxins.
Common Uses
Sports Injuries & Recovery: Sprains, strains, post-operative recovery.
Chronic Pain: Arthritis, fibromyalgia, generalized pain syndromes.
Skin Conditions & Wound Healing: Accelerates repair and collagen production.
Chronic Diseases: Potential benefits for cardiovascular, kidney, and autoimmune issues.
