Harmonious Wellness is committed to helping you bring your body into harmony. The office is located in JJukuri Spa and Salon in Houghton, MI. Harmonious Wellness uses music listening therapy to help re-educate the way you listen and retrain parts of your brain. Address problems with attention and concentration, learning difficulties, auditory processing, and sensory processing. We offer Avesa Energy Balancing to help bring your body into balance. This technique helps to clear any areas that may be blocked or "stuck". We use Young Living Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils for Raindrop Technique (using oils to support your body's immune system and balance systems), Emotional Release, Vitaflex (energy work through the reflexes using oils), Neuro-Auricular Technique for Stress and a Zyto Compass Scan which will tell you what systems are out of balance and what oils can help. We also do sound healing using tuning forks to bring your body and chakras into balance. Please message me with any questions!!!!

Words have power. I'm developing a unit for my ELA classes about this topic. I've realized recently that many of us don't realize how much our words matter. Mine too. Let's all be a little kinder, a littler more tolerant and a little more empathetic. Choose love. Remember we are all coming from our own place. We all have our own issues. This week was tough for me. I struggled. I was crabby. I had a hard time dealing with people. And then the guilt came. But I was speaking my truth at that time. We are never too old to learn.

In these times of uncertainty, I'm really glad I have my oils to support my immune system, emotional system, and overall wellness with my supplements. Hello! I'm back. I haven't gone anywhere just lots of things going on! I am taking appointments on a limited basis at JJukuri Spa and Salon (906-482-2200) in Houghton. Appointments are available for Reiki and Emotional Healing (these can be 30 or 60 minute appointments.) If you can't make the date, PM me. I can often work around your schedule. In the fall, I plan to do "Self Care Saturdays" with appointments on a Saturday at least once a month.

The past few evenings, I have placed Release oil over my liver. I have also put it on the back of my neck. I have had vivid dreams that I remember --- and I remember each person that was in the dreams. One individual was in each dream. It is an individual that was a friend for a long, long time, but became an adversary. It was hard to be a friend to this individual. This individual has been in my dreams every night I have used release. Also, in this dream, was a friend who is a healer. The first time this individual (the adversary) was in my dreams, he and I were working through our differences, and the healer was also there, as well as her family. Last evening, it was my family that was with me and the adversary was there. I told him that I forgive him, and he forgave me for anything that I did. I woke up this morning and this has stayed with me all day. I didn't make the connection until today. The Release oil. It was time for me to make peace with this issue and thank God for my healer friend (in my dream) that helped as well as Young Living's oils. I am at peace. All is well. I wish this person well. I hope he is happy.

Never underestimate the power of the oils. This issue has been with me for the past 3 years. My anxiety if I would run into this individual was through the roof. I am at peace now. I wish this person peace and happiness.

Reiki---if you have never experienced it and are curious, please message me. A session is revealing not only for the receiver but the giver.we are energetic beings and several things can cause our energy to get stuck. It is awesome!

Young Living's Ylang Ylang Essential oil --- fyi, I always have a hard time saying the name of this oil!!!!

It has a breezy floral scent which usually I don't like. But this is good oil to support the emotional system and assists in releasing emotional trauma.

It is also known as the "oil of the inner child". This is also a powerful remedy for the heart.

Young Living's Lemongrass Oil --- now this is an oil I wasn't sure I would use, or what I would use it for. In fact, I cannot remember why I ordered it! Often, I will read about an oil, and then put it on my order.

Lemongrass oil is taking from the leaf of the lemongrass plant. It can be called the "oil of cleansing". It is a powerful cleanser of energy. It helps to clear negative energy and teaches individuals to move forward without hesitation.

I use lemongrass oil to help support my seasonal allergies. I just rub it behind my ears --- it can be hot on the skin at first, so using a carrier oil is helpful!
