Ladies I'm so sorry I have to cancel class tonight and move our Glow party to next week. As some of you know I've been dealing with eye issues for awhile and I'm still stuck in Marquette at a specialist. I'm so sorry I couldn't make it back in time. We will still have uplift tomorrow!

Stronger Together 💕

February is Love Month.💗
And maybe this year, love feels less like a cute theme and more like something the world really needs.

There’s a lot of heaviness right now. A lot of fear. A lot of hurt. A lot of people trying to figure out where they belong and if they are safe, seen, and understood.

We talk a lot about self love, and that matters. But maybe this month is an invitation to widen that circle.

🩷To practice patience.
🩷To listen before reacting.
🩷To have empathy, even when someone’s experience or perspective is different than our own.
🩷To remember there is a human story behind every person we meet.
Love is not always loud.
Sometimes it’s simply choosing to care.
Choosing to stay open.
Choosing connection when it would be easier to disconnect.

Recently, we had the chance to really listen to our instructors and hear what many of them are navigating right now. It was humbling. It was eye opening. And it reinforced how important it is that we keep learning how to support them better, so they can keep supporting their students and their communities.

That’s our commitment. To keep listening. To keep learning. To keep finding better ways to show up with heart.

Thank you for being part of this community. Thank you for supporting each other.

Thank you for continuing to choose love, even on the hard days.

We are wrapping all of you up in the biggest hugs across the world.
