There are over 7200 nerve endings on the bottom of the foot consistently relaying information back to the brain as to the condition of the body. Reflexology helps the body’s rebalancing the systems within, enhances relaxation and stress reduction. Massage encourages the body relax sore and constructed muscles, help increase circulation, improve general well being. Both services may be a separate modality, but combined creates a synergistic effect.

A Sole In Knead has been harboring a secret that I’m about to share.
In November, I will be offering Japanese head massage. I’m completing my training and will advertise shortly my hours of operation and price packages for different spa treatments. This will be a new and exciting addition to my already list of services.
Most likely I will open up my Fridays and possibly Sunday afternoon for the services .

I have been nursing a knee injury. Been icing,elevating, and reading. Something I don’t seem to have time to do. I read two books this weekend
(1) I trapped the entrepreneur manifesto

(2) Germs and pathogens.

Now i am afraid to work. There are germs everywhere. Great subject to feed my anxieties. Lol see everyone soon. Just walking a bit slower.
