I have had a lot of interest in the foot detox all of a sudden! 🦶🏻 Here is what a session looks like for those wondering;

For a half hour you sit & relax 💆🏼‍♀️ with your feet in hot epsom salt water while the ionic device does its thing. I offer a blanket & a hot eye mask during this time & some relaxing music. Most clients choose to do this. Some bring a book.

Once you are finished soaking, i rejoin you & we do hot towels 🧖🏼‍♀️ & your choice of salt or sugar scrub on your feet (add some peppermint oil for a cooling effect) followed by a foot massage with some reflexology techniques thrown in.

Benefits; removes toxins, improves overall health, reduces inflammation
