International Women’s Day | Celebrating Leadership
Today we’re celebrating one of our very own powerhouses - Jenni Lewis.
A fantastic leader, a supportive boss, and someone who truly leads by example. Jenni brings energy, drive, and positivity to everything she does, inspiring the team around her every day.
She sets a brilliant example of what strong leadership looks like — delivering results while also championing the importance of work-life balance and creating an environment where people can thrive.
We’re proud to have such a strong role model on the team.
If you’ve called, visited, or required support from our Houston office, chances are you’ve connected with Alessa; experiencing firsthand the energy and professionalism she brings to our team every day.
As the first point of contact for the Houston office, Alessa does far more than greet guests. She keeps operations moving forward, ensures communication flows smoothly, and creates a welcoming, positive environment for customers and coworkers alike.
Since our last spotlight, Alessa’s role has expanded to support departmental transitions and changes. She has aided the maritime TMS team with documentation shipments, worked alongside the bookings team to schedule training/respond to inquiries, etc. Additionally, she has assisted incoming team members including the Interim Operations Manager. From helping guide scheduling logistics to providing operational insight, she plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations aligned and on track.
Alessa believes that when everyone plays their part, and is willing to go above and beyond to support one another - teams can accomplish amazing things.
