After 9 years of being a BioTE hormone provider, I still look forward to continuing education meetings. I got to listen to my dad’s idol in Urology and the GOAT of all things testosterone… Dr. Abraham Morgentaler. Wow, just Wow!! My other favorite lecture was by Dr. Ronda Patrick who basically stated the best , cheapest way to prolong a healthy life is thru VIGOROUS exercise. Muscle is longevity. 💪🏻 She also mentioned several supplements she recommends including creatine, magnesium glycinate, D3 with K2, sulforaphane (in DIM) and a good multivitamin. She was also a huge fan on sauna and cold plunges. Follow her podcasts on instagram 🫶🏻. I will continue to provide my patients with the best up to date information and research on BHRT.
