Flexibility matters more than ever as we age.
Stiff hips, tight shoulders, and that “I just woke up creaky” feeling are common — but they don’t have to be your new normal. As we get older, our muscles lose elasticity and our joints need a little extra care. Just 5–10 minutes a day of gentle stretching or mobility work can improve posture, reduce pain, and keep you moving with confidence.
Try adding:
• A morning stretch routine
• Yoga or Pilates
• Regular movement breaks during the day
