We're excited to welcome Dr. Tyler Tewilliager, a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine, to Terrebonne General and Gulf Coast Orthopedics.

Dr. Tewilliager will join the orthopedic group to provide podiatric medicine and surgery on all aspects of foot and ankle care, including total ankle replacement, Charcot reconstruction, trauma, limb salvage, external fixation, forefoot and rearfoot reconstruction, and inpatient and outpatient management.

After losing nearly 50 pounds and getting back into a healthy routine, Kyle Guidry—a Marine Corps Veteran, Clinic Director, and Physical Therapist—faced an unexpected setback: a diagnosis of avascular necrosis in his hip. At just 37, he underwent a total hip replacement with Dr. Brett Casey at Gulf Coast Orthopedics.

With the skilled care of Dr. Casey, Kyle’s own knowledge of the rehab process, and the incredible support of his wife, Maigan, his recovery was nothing short of remarkable. He was back at work just over a week after surgery, and walking on his own within two!
