My new offering at Miraval Berkshires! ❤❤❤ This has been a year in the making. It required a cross country move, a new school for my boy, many hours of visioning, riding the unexpected bumps and much support from the spa team. I am officially a Miraval Spa Specialist!

I have worked with resorts spas on both coasts over the past 32 years and adore them. They are modern day Aesclepions, healing centers to play, relax, and nourish. I am so glad to be a part of the team in the lush Northeast and so grateful to be offering my work here!

It’s that time again! Teaching meditation to first graders in Santa Fe. I love teaching Littles how to find the grounding cord and their bubble. When we learn how to navigate our emotional life and find that sweet quiet spot on the inside when we’re young, we bring that with us the whole of our lives.
