The Plan of Hammonton restoration is almost complete!

Nearly a year after restoration began, this mid-19th-century plan of our town is nearing completion at the Conservation Center for Art & Historic Artifacts in Philadelphia. This photo shows the Plan before restoration started, which was fragile, torn, and in need of repair.

Thanks to 53 sponsors, from residents to civic groups and businesses, the Plan has been carefully preserved and will soon return to Hammonton for permanent display in Town Hall, alongside a plaque honoring everyone who helped make it possible.

Special thanks to our Gold Sponsors - Cape Regional Urgent Care, the Hammonton Education Association, and Truist Bank - for leading the way in supporting this community-driven effort.

We can’t wait to share more updates as the restoration wraps up and plans come together for the public unveiling!
