I restocked everything from this past weekend at this morning — baking mixes, skincare, all filled back in and ready for you 🤎

And even though it’s not my bread week… did you know that my sourdough English muffins will be stocked in the freezer all the time now?

I alternate fresh bread drops every other week, but those English muffins yall are showing so much love are a steady staple you can always count on. Same long-fermented sourdough, same freshly milled whole grains, and they toast up perfectly whether you’re doing butter and jam or building the best breakfast sandwich.

So if you swing by and don’t see fresh loaves from me that week, don’t worry — the English muffins are still there, right next to the freshly milled flour in the freezer, waiting to go home with you!

SOLD OUT at today's grand re-opening.

Every single loaf and then some. The shelves that were full this morning were completely empty by the end of the day — and I’m still trying to take that in.

Thank you for showing up for Quarterfield. Thank you for choosing small. Thank you for bringing something from my little kitchen home with you.

Each batch of flour is milled fresh, each loaf mixed, fermented, and baked in my kitchen from start to finish. Seeing it all gone today wasn’t just exciting — it was deeply humbling.

Truly, from the bottom of my heart… thank you. 💛

Sourdough Strawberry Sweetheart Brownies are headed to tomorrow for their reopening 💕

Yall know we like to bring a little ✨sweet treat✨ with each sourdough drop off and these are no exception. Rich sourdough brownies swirled with strawberry preserves and finished with a sprinkle of freeze-dried strawberries for that bright little pop on top.

They’ll be available as one generous brownie or two smaller to share with someone you love (or not — no judgment here 😉).

See those little specks in our dough that is rising today?

That’s the bran from the organic whole grains I mill fresh right here — and it’s one of my favorite parts of the whole process.

Bran is the outer layer of the grain, and it’s packed with fiber, minerals, and so much of the goodness that makes whole grains what they are. When flour is refined, that part gets removed. When we mill and use the whole grain, it stays — right there in every rise.

I use freshly milled whole grain flour in different amounts throughout all of my products. Some loaves lean more hearty and wholesome, others stay soft and familiar — but every single one carries that depth of flavor and real nourishment that only whole grains can give.

All of that goodness in those tiny little specks. 🌾
