Hi Everyone! A few things:

1. Please make sure that if you have an appointment in WCH, you’re typing our new address in:

212 N. Fayette St.

*Apparently, Apple Maps is taking you to our old location, but Google Maps isn’t.

2. If you’re going to be late, PLEASE let us know. A lot of appointments lately have been very late and we need to remember to respect your service providers time, as we respect yours.

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, and your service provider is still able to take you, there will be a 10% late fee added to your service fee.

It’s unfortunate that we have to add this to our policy, but, we will revisit it in 60 days to see if we need to keep or we can get rid of!

As always, we appreciate our wonderful clients, and can’t wait to see you soon!
