Excess skin doesn’t always follow one clean line… so sometimes your surgical plan shouldn’t either.
In this case, a bilateral thigh lift was combined with a hybrid upper back lift to address significant skin laxity through the axillary and upper back area. Instead of placing a traditional mid-back scar, this approach allows us to remove excess skin from the “bra roll” region and strategically connect it between the breast lift and brachioplasty scars.
Translation?More contour.Less visible scarring. And a smoother transition along the lateral body.
For this patient, it wasn’t about volume, it was about skin. By thinking beyond a one-size-fits-all technique, we’re able to tailor results that improve shape while keeping scars discreetly hidden within the natural contours of the body.
Because sometimes the best plan… is the one built outside the box.
