Three months post-op and her results are already taking shape.

This patient underwent a Mommy Makeover at Arroyo Plastic Surgery, which included an extended tummy tuck with muscle repair, Lipo 360, and a breast lift to restore balance and contour after the changes that can happen with pregnancy and weight fluctuations.

The extended tummy tuck allowed us to address excess skin across the entire lower abdomen while repairing separated abdominal muscles to strengthen the core. Lipo 360 helped refine the waistline and contour the midsection from all angles, and the breast lift repositioned and reshaped the breasts for a more youthful, balanced appearance.

At 3 months post-op, swelling is still resolving and her results will continue to refine as healing progresses over the coming months.

Every body is different, but the goal is always the same: restore structure, improve contour, and help patients feel comfortable in their own skin again.

Excess skin doesn’t always follow one clean line… so sometimes your surgical plan shouldn’t either.
In this case, a bilateral thigh lift was combined with a hybrid upper back lift to address significant skin laxity through the axillary and upper back area. Instead of placing a traditional mid-back scar, this approach allows us to remove excess skin from the “bra roll” region and strategically connect it between the breast lift and brachioplasty scars.
Translation?�More contour.�Less visible scarring.�And a smoother transition along the lateral body.
